Chop, rinse, and drain green olives
Mince two cloves of garlic, combined with lemon zest
Stir everything together in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper
Serve immediately or can be made 3 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve
Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange baguette slices on two large rim baking sheets. Brush both sides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Bake, rotating sheet halfway through, until golden brown or for 15 to 20 minutes If undersides are not brown, turn over once during baking.
Remove from the oven, let cool on a baking sheet.
Top with tapenade and a smear of Joi cheese and desired toppings.
