Olive Tapenade Bruschetta “JOI”

Step 1

Chop rinse and drain green olives


Step 2

Men's two clothes of garlic, combined with lemon zest


Step 3

Stir everything together in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper


Step 4

Serving immediately or can we made 3 days ahead, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve


 


Bruschetta:

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Arrange baguette slices on two large rim baking sheets. brush both sides with olive oil and seasoned salt and pepper.


Step 2

Bake rotating sheet halfway through, until golden brown. 15 to 20 minutes if undersides are not Brown turn over once during baking.


Step 3

Remove from oven, let cool on baking sheet


Step 4

Top with tapenade and a smear of Joi cheese and desired toppings.
