SIMPLE PITA POCKET “SARI”
- 3 FALAFEL BALLS (4 IF SMALL)
- DICED CUCUMBERS
- GENEROUS FIST OF ARGULA
- SLICED HEIRLOOM TOMATOES
- FRESH SPROUTS
- 1/2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
- SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
- AT LEAST 2 TBSP MISHA’S SARI CHEESE
Massage arugula in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Cut pita in half, open pita, and generously smear Sari in both halves. Stuff arugula,
tomatoes, and cucumbers in both sides.
Cut falafels in half and put in bread.
Top with sprouts and enjoy.
